Downloading AUTOCAD LT 2011 From Subscription Center

Greetings,

I have a subscription for AUTOCAD LT 2011 but can't seem to download it from the subscription center.  I created an account using my contract # and serial # but when I click on the "get your upgrade" or "download software" buttons, I'm taken to the "Siebel eCustomer" business service request page to submit a trouble ticket.  Not sure if this is normal or if I'm doing something wrong here.  Any help is much appreciated.

After you log into Subscription Center you should be on a page with two links. One for "Access Your Subscription Benefits" Will lead to the download pages. After selecting this link you will get a page with an orange button with a "Get your Upgrade" label. Click this and you will get a page with a list of the products you have purchased and available for download. If you do not find this product on the list log a Support Request from the page you have already found and the Autodesk Business Center will check on the status of your account.

Maybe you bookmarked the web page that launches the Siebel eCustomer page for logging Service Requests. Try http://subscription.autodesk.com.
