downloading Auto Sketch 10

Why do I get a Denied access when I try to download my new purchace of AutoSketch 10???

Apologies for the download troubles but we'll get this worked out! If you could first please take the following steps before reattempting to download:

• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
• Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
• Close and reopen your preferred browser.

And lastly, please use our Virtual Agent to re-start your download. Please "Accept as a Solution" if this post resolves your issue so that others with this same question can more easily find an answer. Or if the error persists, please respond to this post with further details. Thank you!

I did everything you suggested and it did not work. Do you guys know what you're talking about? I'm 4 hours into trying to just download this product. It took 4 minutes for you to take the $265.00. Every time I try to download it staes "DENIED" .

Turn off your Windows Firewall and anti-virus too.

Also, have you tried running your computer as the administrator? Does your machine meet the system requirements for AutoSketch 10?
