What product?  What operating system?  A 1603 error indicates that the software didn't install.  That is a very generic error code.

Basically, you can install your software from the virtual assistant instead and be good to go:

The following actions were taken to resolve the service pack 1 install
error 1603 after installing autocad 2014 on windows 8:
1. Deleted all existing "temp files" and then installed service pack
1. No more issues and no error 1603.
