Download does not work

I tried to Download the Autodesk AutoCAD Inventor LT Suite 2014 and the Download does not start. I red some Support Forums of Autodesk but i couldn't find help...

If i click on the function "download now" a window pops up and explain me how to install the Download Manager. So far everithing is ok! But if I go ahead nothing happens and it brings me back to the window i had befor (see attachment).  

Do you know a solution for my problem?

Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and try downloading the product from the links below:

We've havenot released  the German version for it yet. As soon as we have it available, you will be duly notified and should be able to download it from Subscription Center if you have an active Subscription.

Can you say me how long it takes until the german release is available?

Is there a possibility to install something like a language package when the german release is abailable?
