Hi rvishnuraman,
From where were you trying to download the software, is it from the Subscription Center or Matt, Our Virtual Agent?
If you are downloading from Subscription Center, did you try the other download methods? Did you still encounter the same error? Do reply back with the error message and a screenshot of the error so I can check further.
