Hi. I would like to downgrade PRDSP 2014 to 2013 using subscription center. what should i do next after login into subscription center?
when i go there, i search for the contract number of PRDSP 2014 but its not in the list. to donwgrade the software, by selecting the correct contract number, i thought it would show me my current software and what year to downgrade, right? am i using the wrong way to downgrade the software?
I was not able to pull up a Contract using the email address on file so I'm making an assumption you used a different email address for your Sub Center account.
By downgrade, I am under the impression here that you want to use the 2013 version instead of the 2014 version and that you have already installed and activated the 2014 version. If you are the Contract Manager and the Contract is still active you can request for Previous Version via Sub Center. Once approved and processed, you will then be given new codes for the 2013 version.
Once the new codes are sent, you can start using the 2013 version, provided that 2013 has already been installed into the machine.
