Does not recognize 4.0 NET framework! File given is corrupted! Please Help.

When I am installing/extracting the file of Inventor 2012 that I downloaded, I get the following message:

CRC failed in 3rdParty\NET\4\wcu\dotNetFramework\dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exeUnexpected end of archive

I found that people downloading 2012 CAD got the same error here:

No answer was ever given to the students who asked, even though error logs were given and all steps were done that were asked of the students. I have done all these steps many times and am becoming quiet fustrated because I do have NET framework 4.0, and I have a screenshot to prove it. Why are these files corrupted? Can I please have the version that is corrupted? I have windows 7, uninstalled and reinstalled 4.0 framework many times, did a windows update, and I still get the same thing

Problems downloading the Autodesk software and/or CRC errors may be avoided by using another web browser, or using the alternate browser download method.
