I work for the government and for the obvious security reasons, all online content must be disabled and unaccessible and configured to be run locally.
I see the Help files can be installed locally, but all other Online features must be disabled.
Where are these configuration settings and how do I manipulate them?
OPTIONS command's last tab lets you turn the all 360 online tools off.
And don't sign up for CIP.
There is no Options tab. Under the Online tab, there is an Online Options but none of the items are usable. When clicked on, it wants to access the internet and login. If I don't allow internet acces and login, then AutoCAD crashes and I have to kill it with Task Manager. (possible bug report)
Where are these settings stored? Where can I get a list of their configuration settings and options so I can set them without the GUI?
Our IT dept handles that at the user level. But you could start HERE. THIS site offers a utility to prevent CommCntr from installing. This ONE tells how to disable Autodesk Exchange.
The problem I see is that the "Online features" are not one package. They have been individually instituted over the years. BTW. I only have experience with full AutoCAD and Civil 3D. So some of what I linked to might not be applicable to LT.

Based on the links you provided, I was somewhat able to extract the resultant changes. From what I was able to find, some settings are written to the following registry key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT\R18\ACADLT-B001:409\InfoCenter
Are these all the settings? Are there other settings located else where? Will this completely disable the online features (such as cloud storage)? What needs to be changed and/or added?
Alternatively, can the Online tab be completely removed from the GUI?
Note to AutoCAD developers: Please ensure that if Online features are to be offered with your product, please be sure they can be disabled and secured and that any online content is also available for offline use.
So far, it appears the correct anwer is to not install adsync or if it is installed, uninstall. This can also be done by tweaking the setup.ini so that it doesn't get installed by removing ;ADSYNC.
This will turn off the Info Center.

You can also uninstall the Content Service. I'm still working on having it not install as part of the changes in the setup.ini.
