Direct Connect 2014 install error when installing 3ds Max 2014

Hi, I just finished installing 3ds Max Student edtion and it installed everything but Direct Connect 2014, I tried to install it again but this message keeps popping up and it wont go away if i press retry.  The image below are of the message itself and the text is of the installation log.

I would try to use a browser download of the software because the download maybe corrupt.
