design review 2013 will not install

i am having problems downloading dessign review 2013. when the download completes and i run the install runs and says. " the following failed to install: autodesk design review 2013 (0x2:Failed downloading component" i need to open this file from my customer. there is something wrong witht he download link for trueview convert autodesk told me and no i dont know what to do. i have also tried opening it in autodesk360 but there is a problem opening the file it says

• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
• Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
• Disable AUC
• Close and reopen your preferred browser.
• Re-download your software from our Virtual Agent
