My previous computer just crashed. I am in the process of reinstalling all of my software. I can see my codes on the page showing my downloads. Do I use these again or another code?
You can use your same Serial numbers when re-installing. Since your old system crashed and you weren't able to transfer off the licenses you may get an error when trying to activate on the new system that says you have reached your activation limit. If that occurs, please give the registration and activation team a call at 1-800-551-1490.
