Content Center - Nothing happens when I go to Configure Content Center Libraries

Nothing happens when I go to Configure Content Center Libraries.  I believe I have all the files yet nothing happens.  I don't know if the files are in the correct location?  Everything is setup as default and this is a stand alone aplication. This is in Inventor Professional 2014.
