I received the following message,,
Download and installation has been interrupted by a lost connection between the Autodesk website and this computer..the most likely causes are:
- The installation package was moved from the install location, which is not supported
- The Autodesk download website was closed or manually refreshed before the installer launched.
- A firewall has blocked the network ports.
I would like to know what could be the origen of this issue?

You can download ACAD 2013 installer from virtual agent as follows.
1.Go to http://www.autodesk.com
2.At the bottom of the page, beneath Help and Support, click Customer Service.
3.Click the Ask button.
4.In the Virtual Agent window, click Downloading and Installation.
5.Click Software Download links.
6.Click "I need to redownload my product."
7.Click "AutCAD Products"
8.Select the appropriate product and click the link to download.
