I refuse to download this again. I just need to install and use the product for which I've paid thousands of dollars. This a gross breach of contract. I have an implied expectation of useablity as per the license agreement which autodesk itself is accountable to.
I have my firewall down, my antivirus off, and my ports correctly configured yet I still am getting the "communication failure".
Autodesk support on this has been worse than useless. To call this criminal is no understatement. Hopefully their refund procedure fairs better.
