I'm in the process of configuring a new license server that will be distributing 2007 licenses and I have a quick question about the combined license file. I have both AutoCAD and Civil 3D licenses on this server. When combining the license files, does the LIST portion for each product need to be copied over or will just one LIST suffice for all licenses.

oops...LIST should be PLIST. Sorry for the confusion.

You'll only need just the one. It is a Priority List rollover for all the licenses that support it. Copying it more than once will not do anything, so it's not a big deal.
