color.dll error

During startup Autocad 2010 - 64 bits I got the error "color.dll" . After pressing OK Autocad shut down.
Tried to place another color.dll from a simulair computer but doesnot help.

Please advise.

This is for sure an installation issue.
In which OS are you installing AutoCAD 2010?
Which installation method are you using?
Did you log as system Administrator?
Have you disabled your antivirus before installing AutoCAD 2011?
Have you seen relevant error messages in the AutoCAD 2011 Install.log located in the %TEMP% directory?

We use Windows 64 bits UK-Proffesional VLK version. Autocad 2010 with update 1, Microsoft Office 2007 (UK) and Visual Studio 2008 are installated. Installation is done directly from DVD. All missing dll's were copied to the folder C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2010. The color.dll is copied from a symilar system into the directory. There is no need to be logged in as Administrator but I have logged in as Administrator and no better results.

We had in the beginning the problem with the Adui18res.dll. We have installed the Windows Installer 4.5 (readed somewhere on internet that it could help). No progress. We have copied the following dll's:
Adui18res.dll
anavRes.dll
Acui18res.dll
DsWhipRes.dll
AdCtrlsRes.dll
AcadRes.dll
AcDb18.dll
AcDb18enures.dll
AcappRes.dll

During start up the following errors came (in the following sequence, placed in C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2010):
AcTcUiRes.dll
color.dll

In the company there are 5 systems with Windows 64 bits UK-Proffesional VLK version. These one is the only one with problems during installation. There are serveral other computers with Windows 32 bits Dutch-Proffesional VLK version. No problems so far, mostly these sytems uses Autocad 2008.

We donot have installated other products then mentioned. Autocad 2011 isnot installed.
