Closing Idle AutoCAD

Hi,

Is there any way I can close Idle AutoCAD of network license
users, problem which I am facing is, some users just block the
network licenses hence I want to set-up routine to close
the idle AutoCAD by sending the message or saving the work
if idle time exceeds specific period(i.e. 10Minutes or half an hour)

Create a file called adskflex.opt and place it in the same location as your NLM license file (.lic).

This file should contain the following line:

TIMEOUTALL 1800

This will ensure that any AutoCAD that is idle for 30 mins will be released of its license. Or you can change the number to any other time you wish.

You can find more information in the Options File section of the FlexLM user manual.

Don't worry. You will be able to save the work if there is no more licenses
available. If a license is available you will not notice anything.
