Someone probably code-released changes (and bugs) on the AutoDesk Severs.. on July 4th weekend. The AutoDesk Install process is messed up.
If you get the "What program do you want to run" message
Then go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Akamai\cache .. untli you find your file.
Rename the file to add an .exe extension on, click Ok, ignore the warning . OK.
Double click the file and watch the install take off.. afer the frustrating wait its a thing of beauty.
