Civil 3d 2015 Keeps failing when trying to install 1619 error

Keep trying to install this setup but cannot figure out how to fix my problem if anyone can help that would be great. I've attached my setup log to see the problem but cannot find a solution. Thank you.

The failure is here:

 

Install	Autodesk® BIM 360™ Add-in for AutoCAD® 2015	Failed	Installation aborted, Result=1603

 See if you can uncheck the add-in as part of the suite install.  Let the other products fully install without error so that there are no rollbacks on failure.  Once that is done, see if you can install the add-in, if you even need it.
