Civil 3D 2015 Install Error 1625

I have been trying to install Civil 3D 2015 from the Infrastructure Design Suite but fails with error 1625, the odd thing is I can install everything elde from the suite except Civil 3D. I also have installed C3D 2012, C3D 2013 & Infrustructure 2014 and those all went fine. than Autodesk supprt had me uninstall everything and clean up my computer but still get the error. Anybody have an idea?

I found this related to Error 1625, although it's strange that the other products install OK for you.

thanks for the info but still doesn't solve the issue 

I know 1625 means that: This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.
You either do not have appropriate installation rights, or there is a group policy that prevents this installation on your computer. 

I am a Administrator on my computer & my antivirus is turned off

I forgot to mention Windows 7 Pro 64

Perhaps try disabling your UAC?

Solved - I replaced the hard drive and installed infrastructure suites 2014 & 2015 fine
