During the creation of my deployment this afternoon I am have not noticed the ability to create a custom Icon for Civil 3D during an installation. Am i missing this? Or is it not there.
think just as in 2011 we'll have to modify the .ini file to get the ability to see those screens and give us the ability to create the profile via custom Desktop Icon...
I at least assume that is why you are wanting the custom Icon feature?
I usually copy specific company profiles to the local machines during the install..
c:\cadstatndard\profiles\yearprofile.arg
Then aim the custom shortcut to that profile on fisrt launch of the software and all settings and menus are Our Standard Configuration the 1st time out.
