Civil 3D 2007 and 2011 on subscription

My Company has been on subscription with 10 network license seats of Civil 3D (since LDD 2005). With current version of Civil 3D 2011, how can we keep using LDD 2007? Next year, we will decrease the seats on subsciption to 6. How many seats we can run LDD 2007 and Civil 3D 2011 (or 2012). Thanks.

Subscription allows you to continue to run your previous released products.  Should you reduce your number of seats, you will only be able to run the amount of seats that you own concurrently. That will mean that you will only be able to run 6 seats total in combination of all of your versions, regardless of how many seats you owned previously.
