Cascading Sequences for Autodesk Products are failing

Good Morning All, Time to Solve this once and for all.

We are all aware that Cascading on a WAN with Ditributed licensing Fails to Cascade on the specified server first, resulting in random licensing throughout a WAN. Currently Autodesk is taking the position(not there problem - thx guys!). So it up to us to randomize some crazy ideas to make this work. I have an Idea to use the option file resitrictions per user on other servers, but if anyone has a better idea let me know.

Options files for restrictions would be the only way to control this, as far as I know.
