Cant Reinstall autodesk products after uninstalling.

hello, im using windows8.1 after i deleted inventor2014 i want to install it again the installer says it already installed

 

i've contacted autodesk on twitter but they cant help me with their suggestions

 

i have send a picture too

 

 

i hope somewone can help me

You will need to go into your system and manually remove all traces of Autocad files. Go into the system registry files and everywhere you will see an autocad file or extension, take them all out before you will be able to reinstall. It is time consuming but worth it.

Use the "regedit" command to go into your registry... Open every file there and look for autocad related stuff and remove them 1 after the other. Takes time...

YOu are NOT deleting the registry itself. But you are looking into the files which are in the registry.

im computer engineer so i know what to delete but i cant find my solution in my install error

Reformat your HD and start all over.

that might beh a good solution but the time that itll take to install all over again.. autodesk has no fix on this yet
