You will need to go back to either the DVD or Autodesk Subscription.
If you obtained the media via Autodesk Subscription, you need to select 3DS Max 2011, choose Browser Download and the file for 32 and 64 Bit should be entitled "Autodesk_3ds_Max_2011_English_Win_32-64bit.part2.
What file are you using thats extracting on your screenshot?
When you select Browser Download, does it ask you to save 2 files through IE to your desktop? If it doesnt then it should as this is how the media is delivered through Autodesk Subscription.
One file should be a rar (1GB) and the other should be an exe (3GB).
P.S - Any particular reason why you need 2011 and not 2014?
