CANT INSTALL INVENTOR BECAUSE OF DESIGN REVIEW ERROR

When I try to install Inventor and it asks what products do I want to install I wanted to uncheck all exept Inventor but it said it is neccesary to install all of them  but when I click on install then the installation fails and it shows an error next to design review
