16xx error is generally user rights issue. Don't know if the user "john" has admin right, but I would suggest you try to use your system default admin user "administrator" to install the product, and close any other applications, especially, anti-virus and firewall including the background processes.

Can you teach me how to make "john" as administrator, my computer has 3 user accounts because my aunt and brother use it too. So help me.
