CANT ACTIVATE AUTODESK ALIES DESIGN PLEASE HELP

please take a look at the picture!

this happens when i try to activate my account=( it opens just this window....

i deletet autodesk 3 times and reinstalled it but nothing changed =( 

what can i do ??

Hi,

you are in the AutoCAD forum and not in the one for Alias.

Some reported such problems (for AutoCAD) and in most cases there we limited permissions like some disabled options in IE.

Most effective should be the option that you create a new user on your system, give this account full admin-permissions, login to Windows with that user account, disable UAC and antivirus-sw (it might help also to disable the firewall, but that depends on how your system is connected to www) and start Alias with right-click and option "start as administrator".
