Cannot transfer ACAD LT 2011 license

Hi there

I hope somebody can help me.

 

I'm trying to export an ACAD LT 2011 license to another computer but I can't.

LTU shows "The serial number you entered is not valid". 

So I tried to install directly to

This is the information related to the product:

 

Product: AutoCad LT 2011

Serial number: XXX-XXXXXXXX

Product key: 057C1

 

Is there any problem with the serial ?

We already reviewed this Licensing registration issue with the CSC (my company)
Procurement Dept, this is what we got:

- CSC has the Purchase Order and the Invoice payment records for this license.
- CSC has the DVD Media and case on this site location
- CSC has escalated this issue inside AutoDesk and they already got a bad information that this
serial code was recorded to "ADT Private Security Services de Mexico".

 

We are in a good terms to provide you any evidence we have on hand in order to fix this
issue to activate this license.

 

Please let us know what you need to move on-

I appreaciate a lot your urgent help and support on this.

As this is a public forum, please be advised not to post sensitive information / I've removed your serial number from the above.

 

The most common reason for an invalid serial number when using the LTU is a license that has been upgraded to a newer release per a subscription contract that has since expired, which is exactly what has happened in your case. 

 

As this license is in fact registered to a different company and I won't be able to provide you with the updated serial number, please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with a copy of your invoice if you would like me to investigate the owner entitlement.
