Cannot reinstall Inventor in Product Design Suite Ultimate 2012

Stand alone installation, Win & 64 bit.  Inventor program could not open/access vault after database defrag, other office and autodesk programs could.  Could find no solution after research.  Attempted Repair of Inventor program.  Did not work.  Attempted Reinstall, reinstall failed.  Attempted to Uninstall and during uninstall computer froze requiring hard reboot.  Once restarted Inventor no longer appeared in "Installed Programs" and "Quick Uninstall" did not function, it Opened Vault server instead.  Attempted to reinstall at that point but installer showed Inventor Installed.  Inventor would not open.  Attempted to manually remove all instances of inventor.  Removed all of Product Suite and Vault Server through the Program Uninstall.  Cleaned registry with AVG PC Tuneup registry cleaner.  Attempted to reinstall Product suite.  Inventor still shows as installed so cannot reinstall.  The other programs will install.
