Cannot Install

Hello,

When I try to install  it is says communication failure and when I try browser download it says files are missing or has not been downloaded yet.

Please help.

As an initial tip, please search for your issue before posting as chances are the issue has already been posted and resolved. Searching for an issue before posting means that you will not have to wait for a reply and will likely get the problem solved much faster:)

Regarding your issue, please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
