CANNOT INSTALL UPDATE

I cannot install a necessary update and I think it's because my registration never processed properly. I tried to fill in the online form for help but I hit a wall at the Product Request Code. The file cannot be found. I have my original disk, serial number, product key, and valid purchase information. It seems to be impossible to talk to a human being which, in my book, is lousey customer service for a product this expensive. I would appreciate help.

and what update are trying to install?

and are you installing the correct bit version 32 bit or 64 bit?

Hello Corriere,

 

Sorry for your frustrations in activating your license.

 

According to our systems, you are inputting an invalid request code when filling out the Registration Form. A Request Code is a sequence of numbers and letters that should be roughly 32 characters long. You can learn how to find your request code by clicking here.

 

Once you have the proper Request Code you can visit the page the David linked you above, or visit the License Assistance Form. Either place will also allow you to live chat with a representative. They will be able to assist you with an Activation Code.

I have followed all the instructions to get the Product Request Code but it cannot be found on my computer.  That is the problem!  This is beyond frustrating.

Hi Rosemary,

 

To help troubleshoot can you please provide additional details. Specifically, have you already installed the software? If so what happens when you open the program? Does it prompt for activation or give you the option to run in trial mode?
