According to our systems, you are inputting an invalid request code when filling out the Registration Form. A Request Code is a sequence of numbers and letters that should be roughly 32 characters long. You can learn how to find your request code by clicking here.
Once you have the proper Request Code you can visit the page the David linked you above, or visit the License Assistance Form. Either place will also allow you to live chat with a representative. They will be able to assist you with an Activation Code.
