cannot install update 1 or 2 for BDSP Revit 2013

Simply hangs at about the 80% mark.  Does this on every one of our workstations.  Windows 7 SP1 64.

It could be that the service pack is looking for the original install location and can't find it and causing the long install. Try letting the install run overnight.
