It is an aborted download failure.

 

Install Autodesk Material Library 2015 Failed Download Failed, Installation aborted, Result=1603


I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

i uninstalled C++ redistributables thinking that i dont need thoe. now i
reinstalled all of them. it works fine now. thanks for the reply
