Cannot get a 2013 licence from a new server running Flexlm11.12

I have a new windows 7 machine running FlexLM11.12 licence Manager with Ports open 2080 and 27000-27009

licencing our 2015 products ....

lmtools shows licences available and iable to ping the server.

However a Machine running Autocad Map 2013 ..cannot obtain a licence.

The Flexlm licence finder continually pops up ....even when new server name is entered.

Are there any files i need to replace or update for 2013 to work?

I have set

FLEXLM_TIMEOUT 10000000

ADSKFLEX_LICENCE_FILE  27000@servername

Try the Internet Explorer test to check your ports again from the client.

http://servername:27000

http://servername:2080

Both should yield a jargon page if the ports are not blocked.  Also PING the server and verify you have the correct IPv4 address.

How about if you input your license server info in the finder dialog? Do you have 2013 license in your license file?

http://servername:2080 returns nothing

ping is fine

having the licence file re-checked ...we now have IDS Suite 2015 Standard but cannot see any entry that allows Autocad Map 3D 2013 in this suite.

however our vanilla Autocad 2013 will not licence either ..which is in the licence file. ...suspecting port 2080 altho firewall rule is fine.

Firewall inBound rule. TCP 2080 allowed. (adskflex)
Firewall inBound rule. TCP 27000 - 27009 allowed (lmgrd)

Licenece finder ...when it pops up ..enter the server name ...looks fine ..but continually pops up again ..no error codes.

ok all

i seem to have it fixed.

server has all new 2015 lic file and running v11.12.

in the end , on the new server ( win7 PC ) running the NLM , i disabled IPv6 completely - tcp protocol - via network card properties.

Firewall rules Inbound - TCP port 2080

Firewall rules Inbound - TCP port 27000-27009

all is now well.

our Autocad 2013 now pulls a 2013 licence from the server - "85871ACD_2013_0F" correctly

our Autocad Map3d 2013 ...pulls a IDS Suite licence  ie"85993IDSS_2013_0F" ( not a "85981MAP_2013_0F" ) .
