cannot access civil 3d 2014 after installing suite

After installing Infrastructure Design Suite 2014, Civil 3D shows "installed" but I cannot start the program.  I can open AutoCAD, Infrastructure Modeler, Map 3D, or Navisworks.

I performed a clean uninstall of AutoCAD Infrastructure Design Suite 2014 and now I cannot download and reinstall any of the software.

The posts that I received did not solve the problem.

Hi @rcantrell6

 

Sorry that it didn't work for you. Did you still get the same error or a different issue? Have you tried downloading from Virtual Agent?

I tried to download the Suite from Virtual Agent, install and activate it.

I received a message that Civil 3D was already installed but the software does not exist on my computer!

I tried to open AutoCAD, Map 3D and Infrsworks but I received the same error message on all "the license for this product is currently being exported".

There is no export in progress and I can't access the software to import the license as directed.
