Cannot Access Account page

I've just purchased the 3ds max Rental license and after logging into my account at https://accounts.autodesk.com I cannot access my 'Account' page. Keep getting HTML Error 404.

 

Can this be fixed please? Would like to download 3ds max.

Hi ihamblin and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

The Autodesk Accounts website is up and running as normal and when I open your hyperlink I am able to log in. Here are a few things you can try:

 

- Clear the cookies and cache from your preferred web browser

- Use Internet Explorer (versions 8 and up), Firefox, or Chrome

- Add the Autodesk Accounts website as safe in your antivirus software
