Can't Log In to Account to Use my Sketchbook Pro Software

I have bought SketchBook Pro to use, and have used it a few times, however for about the past month, when I attempt to log in to my account, it says that no account with that email exists, however I have bought this software with this email and still have the reciept email to prove it. I have attempted to contact Autodesk with this issue multiple times and have STILL not heard back or recieved any help. Help is GREATLY appreciated!!

Hello. Not sure what would have occurred with your account. They usually do not just vanish. I’ll get this escalated for you.
