I have bought SketchBook Pro to use, and have used it a few times, however for about the past month, when I attempt to log in to my account, it says that no account with that email exists, however I have bought this software with this email and still have the reciept email to prove it. I have attempted to contact Autodesk with this issue multiple times and have STILL not heard back or recieved any help. Help is GREATLY appreciated!!
