Notice the part in BOLD where it aborts while trying to install the x64 plug-in.  I am running Windows XP 64 with all the updates possible installed.  Please help...we really need to get it going.

Thanks,

Windows Installer Error 1612 :
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.

You might check to see that the installation files are available.  If you are installing from media, copy to your HDD and install from there.

It does ask for the location of the plug-in and I am able to direct it to where it is located on the media.  Will try to copy and install from the hard drive.

Sounds good.  Make sure that you are installing with admin rights and anti-virus disabled.  Good Luck!
