Can't Install Revit 2015: System reqiurements

If we have Revit 2014 installed in the computer, is that probably why we cant install the 2015?

I use windows 7 64-bit as well,Googcle chrome and more than 4 GB RAM. I have no clue why the 2015 cannot be installed.

Does anyone know the most common reason why this happens?

per sytem requirement for 2015

Microsoft® Windows® 7 SP1 64-bit:
Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium

do you have sp1 installed for windows 7?

Could you clarify "It doesn't install"? That can cover a lot of ground: does it error out? Reject the serial number? Installs only some of the components?
