can't install inventor 2015, on Windows 8.1 x64

i' ve tried to download inventor 2015 with "Install Now" and "Browser Download"...but is the same thing, both of them show me the same problem: missing LiteHtml.dll....        error!!

Try XP compatibility mode as Administrator.

almost close!!!! with setup, now i have problems Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) 😕 .... i downloaded and installed visual from microsoft's page..and still have problems :/.... any help?
