Hello Autodesk community! I have a problem, I cant install no one product from Autodesk students. I have my account and the only product I was able to install ,
was 3dsmax the last year but now I need Maya , Autodesk send me my serial number and the product key but it doesn't start to install because says that (image below)
I try about 3 times with different product but any works.
There are another page where can I download from Autodesk those products or my account have something weird ? or it's happening something weird?
I will appreciate your answers!
I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
