Can't install autodesk 2015 to my computer

Hi all,

I am trying to install Autodesk Autocad 2015 (english version) to my computer. I am running windows 8 and in my setting it says its 64bit. I have tried by running as administrator and turning off my web root security. The screen still pops up saying that it can not install due to a disconnect between my computer and the autodesk network. Can someone thats installed this help me out.

Please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, delete all installation files that may have been downloaded so far and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
