Can't install AutoCAD LT

I get the message "Installation Complete.  Some products failed to install."  I've tried several times with no luck, and there does not seem to be anyone to help via phone or instant message, unfortunately.  I'm trying to set up the trial version.

These are my computer specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium

4GB Memory

Processor: AMD Phenom II N6 Dual Core

98.6 GB free of 465 GB

Not sure what to do...can anyone point me in the right direction?
