Can't install AutoCAD, help!

Hello guys. Before anything I gotta apologize myself for any english mistakes, I'm from Brazil, and not THAT good at english. I'll also short things up a little, cuz I don't know how to speak everything I want ... So, I'm a student, and I have AutoCAD classes, so I want to have the program at home. But I'm not being able to install it. I made my student registration, and downloaded what they give us to install, I think its the installer. Anyway, when I click at the download, to open it, NOTHING happens. I just keep waiting, and nothing. I tried to run it as admin, stopped my antivirus, and still nothing happened when I tried to open the download. I also tried another downloader, from Softonic, and at the end, when it'd probably open the installer, it appears an error, something like this on english: "Failled installing Akamai NetSession Interface". I think this might be the reason nothing happens when I open the Autodesk downloader 2. Anyway, I just don't know how to proceed. And I don't even know how to explain my problem very well. I hop u understand my problem and help me. Thanks already 🙂

There is no need to apologize.  Your English is very good.  Please try downloading using the virtual agent and complete the steps from the ‘General installation workflow’.

On the system where you are attempting to install download the software using the virtual agent.

1.       Go to http://upandready.typepad.com/

2.       Click the 'ASK' button on the top right hand side.

3.       Once the Virtual Agent opens: 

Select the 2nd Choice "Download Links "

Select your product

You are now presented with the choice to download your software. 

Prior to running the installer please make sure to complete steps 1-4 from the link.
