Can't Install AutoCAD 2012

Hello, I'm currently attempting to install AutoCAD 2012, but whenever it reaches the License and Agreement section a error pop-up saying "Can't Find End User License Agreement." I even tried re-extracting and re-downloading the files, but is still not working. Please provide me with methods in order to complete this set-up.

Can you try to re-download the software?
