Can't install 3ds Max

Hi everyone, 

Ever since yesterday I am trying to install 3ds Max and no luck so far. I tried version 2014 and 2015 and it seems to me that it is downloading up to 900 MB out of 4.52GB and an error occurs every single time. My computer is with Windows 8.1(all updates installed), Intel core i7, 64bit, 8GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce 820M. Moreover, I have up and running Maya and can't explain to myself why 3ds Max is not. The most common error is Failed Installation aborted, Result=1619. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).

If the error persists, please have a look at this solution.

Please, note that NVidia 820M is not listed as a certified graphics card, therefore some issues may arise while using the product. 

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.

Go ahead and post the installation log as well.  It may give insight to the exact failure.

It does.  It appears to be failing on the download of the materials library.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
