Can't install 3DS Max! Please help!

Soo after i wrote the product and serial key and installed some of the componnents, why can't i click the install button for 3ds max? I try to click it, and browswer too but nothing happens!

Please help!

Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again and see if it works.
