Can't download Autocad for MAC "Active autodesk 360 instance detected"

I previously downloaded the trial version 2014 LT for Mac and since expiration I purcahsed a stand-alone copy; acuqired the product key and serial number and downloaded my purchase - I couldn't install it as I had the prior version installed and the prior trial version kept giving me errors saying that my product key and serial number is invalid.  So Autocad technical support advised me to uninstall the old copy and reinstall the new one.  Did that.  But then now I am unable to install the new copy as it tells me 

Can't download Autocad for MAC "Active autodesk 360 instance detected"

I can't delete this icon from my finder and there is no "uninstall" available.

Can anyone advise what on earth do I need to do.
